Mission Statement
N.A.L.C is a New Afrikan Revolutionary Nationalist organization. WE have launched this organization in an attempt to seize better control over not only the quality of our lives, but better control over the path and direction WE would like to see our lives take.
This is an attempt to bring about the dawning of a new day while promoting a more progressive cultural and political expression and practice. Although WE are a group of men who is primarily held captive in the KKKoncentration KKKamps/prisons throughout the state of indiana, WE are aimed at agitating, educating, and organizing New Afrikan brothers and sisters around the core issues that oppress our people as a nation. WE struggle to raise consciousness and expose the amerikkkan empire and its establishment as a fascist machine that exploits the people through capitalism, imperialism, colonialism and neo-colonialism. As political prisoners, WE must shed light on the politics of imprisonment and mass incarceration in amerikkka. All across the empire WE hear the masses exclaiming “Black” Lives Matter! Do our lives matter behind the barbwire fences and concrete wall of modern day slavery?? WE must raise that question!
For decades WE have been screaming about the Fergusons, Baltimores and the like behind the prison walls of amerikkka. For decades WE have screamed about the legal and illegal lynching, the daily beatings while handcuffed behind our backs, the aggravated assaults where our heads “just happen” to attack billy clubs, steel bars, and concrete floors. WE are the only people on earth who “for no apparent reason” stick our heads in nooses and submit ourselves to deadly choke holds, etc. without anyone being held accountable. Now that the climate in the kkkountry appears to have become awake, aware and even more so socially active in expressing these daily occurrences, WE have chosen to seize the time! By not only seizing control over the quality of our lives, but more importantly choosing to fight back as opposed to just laying down and dying or allowing ourselves to be brutalized on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.
Despite the propaganda and media miseducation about prisons and how “good” WE have it, a lot of the same social realities that exist in society exist inside of the prisons. Such as lack of quality health care or access all together. Denial of educational opportunities, no vocational training or access to college other than bible/religious based courses which doesn’t prepare us for the streets, unemployment and institutionalized racism where WE are often denied access to better quality jobs, most of these are reserved for euro-amerikkkan/white inmates. Our mission is to create a base throughout the Indiana Department of Corrections as an organization under the general laws, ethics and obligations of the Republic of New Afrika, and the New. Afrikan. Independence. Movement (N.A.I.M) that focuses on a political, educational, economic and military component. N.A.L.C is an organization for New Afrikan/”black” brothers and sisters across the amerikkkan empire, both in society or held captive behind enemy lines who overstand our fight for land, independence, socialism and the release of our political prisoners of war from these colonial cages. No longer can WE just depend on the D.O.C or the u.s government to do for us what WE are capable of doing for ourselves if WE are organized and have the support of the people i.e. family, friends and the movement.
As more and more young New Afrikan men and women come to prison often with no education and a lack of resources, as WE are locked in these cages more and more for 23-24 hours a day WE must create our own programs to educate ourselves. WE must build and create our own libraries and law libraries, work on our cases and fight in these unjust kkkourt rooms. Libraries that teach us about our history, the struggle and sacrifices our people have made to be free from the oppressor nation. On the street and behind the wall WE have to study and research with material that allows us to break the chains of mental slavery, WE must overstand the science of sociology, politics and psychology in order to know self and grasp the severity of the psychological warfare, genocide and colonialism WE continue to suffer from at the imperialist hand of amerikkka.
An economical base centered around creating and utilizing legitimate financial resources and opportunities so that WE can 1) reach back to our families and ease some of the burden resting upon their shoulders. 2) help to assist brothers and sisters behind the walls that don’t have any outside support and need items such as hygiene, shoes, clothing, etc. 3) raise resources in an attempt to hire civil rights attorneys to fight and expose the human rights violations and brutality WE suffer in these kkkoncentration kkkamps. 4) attempt to create productive economical projects and ventures with the New Afrikan community; churches and community centers that meet the day to day needs of the people. This is an attempt to give back to some of the communities that WE helped destroy and tear down.
Military because WE as a people have a right to defend ourselves whether it’s in a prison cage or being pulled over by a racist kkkop who is trying to hide behind his badge while he commits murder. WE cannot and will not any longer accept being beaten, stabbed or killed by racist prison guards, racist inmates working in conjunction with the state or the patrol pig who is trained with the psychology that he can lynch New Afrikans with impunity.
As an oppressed colony of people listed as three fifths of a human race in the eyes of the colonizer WE must create training and self-defense classes in our communities, it is the nature of every living thing to protect and defend its life from attack. WE as an Afrikan colony make up a nation, like any nation WE must have a military to protect the people. Without a military our nation continues to be open to genocide and colonialism. WE are at war with the amerikkkan empire and refuse to subject our people to extermination. WE are constantly reminded that “black” lives do NOT matter in this kkkountry when our New Afrikan men, women and children are targeted, lynched and broadcast on TV!
WE say “New Afrikan” because WE believe that “black” people in amerikkka constitutes an oppressed colonized nation where WE are denied the right to self-determination. Where the resources are extracted out of our community for the benefit of other communities and peoples. WE say “New Afrikan” because just as our ancestors were Afrikan so are WE and during the slave trade while WE were kidnapped from all over the Afrikan continent and came from different tribes with various languages, religious beliefs and cultural expressions – a common oppression i.e. slave trade forced us to be homogenized into one people, one nation. ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!! One love / One struggle
