12th Street Reunion
In 2020, we bought back the block. We purchased land next to the lot where I was raised. My family owns the first three lots of land on the corner of 12th and Cruft. This is the location where NALC/ The Social & Cultural Development Fund will build The New Afrikan People’s Center.
2nd Annual New Afrikan People's Assembly
On International Nelson Mandela Day, NALC hosted a social-cultural gathering in Terre Haute to educate and organize the community. Cadre came from around the kountry, including elder comrades Bilal Sunni-Ali and Khaleed London, who were among those on a panel aimed toward raising the consciousness of the people.
Inaugural New Afrikan People's Assembly
We hosted the inaugural New Afrikan People’s Assembly in Terre Haute. This is an effort to not only educate and organize the local New Afrikan-Black community around our vision to regain control over our lives, land and institutions within our own community, but also a national conference for citizens of the Republic of New Afrika (The New Afrikan Nation), members of the Provisional Government (PG-RNA), and our leading formations who are in unison to create a collective struggle.
